The Melting Pot combines three things revered by nearly every human being: alcohol, chocolate and melted cheese. Better yet, this dining experience offers something most can’t — you get to engage in every part of the cooking process. Located at the center of each table is a hot plate where a variety of cheeses, bases, and broths are mixed together to create the traditional fondue pot. With spiky fondue forks, patrons get to cook their own veggies and meats at the table, dip breads into cheese, and “ohh” and “ahh” over the decadent flavors filling their plates. Finish with a dessert cocktail and chocolate fondue. Your table’s bill can add up quickly, though, with a typical dinner for two running around $80 — less, if you don’t drink as much as we do.
